4. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Originality : All submissions must be original and free from plagiarism. Proper citations must be provided using Bluebook (20th edition) or OSCOLA referencing style.

Word Limit :

Articles & Case Commentaries: 1200 – 2500 words

Research Papers: 2500 – 5000 words

Opinion Pieces: 800 – 1500 words

Interviews & Book Reviews: 1000 – 2000 words

Blogs: 600 – 1200 words

Formatting: Submissions should be in Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5-line spacing (except footnotes, which should be in font size 10, single spacing).

Author’s Name, Designation, and Affiliation

Abstract (for research papers – 250 words max)

Main Content (with headings and subheadings where necessary)

Conclusion

References/Footnotes

Language: The content should be well-articulated, grammatically sound, and free from excessive jargon.

• The use of AI-generated or AI-assisted content is not permitted.

• The author retains moral rights to their work but grants Legal Tea an exclusive license for first
